- 3.2 Organizations that get multiple user licences from us for the Service are required to abide by those licences.
Users cannot swap out their user licences.

- 4. Pricing, Plans and Feature

- 5. Credit and Payment Control
- 5.1 All fees are paid up front for all services.
- 5.2 You will be charged right away for the necessary full account or accounts if you upgrade from a free or trial account.
Starting on that day every month or year after that, your payment is due.
- 5.3 Where a 12-month subscription to the Service has been purchased (where we provide this option), payment will be collected in full on each anniversary.
- 5.4 In order for your account or accounts to continue to be active, you must always present a valid debit or credit card.
- 5.5 In the event that we request payment using a credit or debit card but your card issuer or bank rejects it
- 6. Cancellation and Refund
- 6.1 You have the right to terminate our services at any time during the subscription period. If you do so, you may still be able to use the Service for the remainder of the current billing period.
One day before to your subsequent recurring payment date, your subscription use will/may be terminated.
- 6.2 You may choose to terminate any paid membership at any time during the subscription period, but paid subscriptions cannot be refunded./dd>
- 6.3 The remaining balance will be prorated with the incoming fees if you decide to convert from SaaS setup to private setup mid-subscription period.
- 7. Trial and Offer Periods
- We provide a 30-day, risk-free trial period.
You will have full access to the Service and our Support throughout this time.
We won't ever ask for your financial information during the trial period, but you can choose to become a paying member at any moment.
All the data, invoices, and transactions saved during the trial time will be erased from our database once the trial period is up and you have not chosen a paid membership.
